As women, we hold various roles, have been through various challenges, fought for women’s rights, supported the patriarchs, raised strong men, helped repair broken ones, led, followed, served and have been overlooked. And we still don’t complain. We rise up every morning with the determination of making the world a better place, carrying loads on our shoulders and concerns in our hearts, tears in our eyes and sometimes sadness behind our smiles. We show up for everyone else and often put ourselves on the back burner. We respond to requests and perceive needs without being told or asked. We plan surprises and surprisingly don’t let our left hand know what our right hand has done. We change car tires, put together furniture and possess & utilize tool kits. We give peace, we give love, we bring joy, we bring hope. We consider the past in order to understand our present while using the present to make a better future. We uplift and we push others to actualize their fullest potential. We accept, we bless, we contemplate, we dedicate, we endure, we forgive, we give, we heal, we inspire, we justify, we keep, we love, we marvel, we nurture, we optimize, we prioritize, we quicken, we refresh, we sparkle, we tough it out, we unleash, we value, we welcome, we xoxoxoxo, we yearn, we zig-zag-zip-zuz all in 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year…a lifetime in and out of season for any reason but self. Every woman is theWoman, theWisdom, theWonder and that calls for a hub where women from all walks of life can be celebrated everyday for any reason and by anyone. Fellow woman, I salute you for who you are and are not and for what you do and don’t do. Let’s strive to learn and grow together because together is best!

a Woman of Wisdom and Wonder, who can find?
she’s fire, works and thunder, an astonishment to the mind
her head is filled with thoughts and ideas that yield success
she knows how to turn a challenge into a triumph when put to the test
theWoman: she’s known for her beauty that just can’t hide
and doesn’t fade away even with the tears she’s cried
long hair, short hair, pimples don’t care
she’s not budged by the superficial things of this life even if she’s dared
for to know her is to love her
and to love her is to know
that no matter how many times she falls
there’s only one way she would choose to go
and that’s upward bound for there’s no other choice
that this woman would let anything or anyone steal her voice
marked by her birth with a strength that wins
theWoman is wise and so now we look within
theWisdom: she’s grounded in the words of old
and lasers into those things untold
sharp as a knife though she cuts no one
she never leaves anything she’s started undone
for every battle she faces she knows her shield
and without a doubt there’s only one being to whom she would yield
her Wisdom is her Spirit, third person of her faith
and one faith as evidenced by her hope - the substance of her wait
with an abundant life, long lives her heart much to her satisfaction
when Wisdom calls, she sure won’t fall prey to the enemy’s plots, plans and propositions
this Woman is proven to be who she claims, knows her Worth and embodies the Word she seeks
for as this Woman talks, this Woman walks and nothing but Wisdom leaks
so when the world tries to fight against her vision and her virtue
ain’t much to worry about her destiny for its determined from her debut
which, as we all know is only be filled with hope and a blinding future
so whip out dem shades but please don’t throw 'em 'cuz you’ll need them when you ponder
theWonder: she’s fit as a fiddle in her strategy and swing when life throws her a surprise
she golfs it up with composure and ease and says yet still I rise
no wonder she considers a field and buys it, out of her earnings she plants a vineyard
doesn’t eat the bread of idleness and clothed with strength, she guards her own dominion
her children rise up and call her blessed, husband gives her all the praise
and with fire in her bones and resilience in her blood, she keeps her gifts ablaze
when disaster strikes, there’s no second guessing about what to do or what’s next
with confidence she knows she can laugh real hard at the peculiar days ahead
for she is well read…and fed with the royal promises bestowed her
none like her, yet there’s a multitude of Women fully adorned with Wonder
yes, a Woman of Wisdom and Wonder though she stands out is still yet a mystery
because the complexity of her design she does exude and that’s her honor and her glory
looks like a million dollars when all she’s got in her pocket is nothing but a ten
a dime piece they call her, but that’s the word on the street, because her banking is only conducted in heaven
so to sum it all up she’s not bound by the ways of this world and the systems it runs
and as you can see, smell, taste, touch and hear, she blows your mind with just her mere presence

theWisdom…she embodies the Word of God
theWonder…she puts her faith to Work
